Improved Access Service

Our improved access service which is held at the practice is available during the following times:

Monday to Friday: 14:00-20:00

Saturday: 08:00-14:00

Sunday: Closed

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

Emergencies

In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
