If you need to ask for a home visit, please telephone the surgery before 10:00.

We believe that most problems are better dealt with at the surgery if at all possible. This is because we have all of our examination equipment here and are able to give patients more help.

We visit patients at home only if:

• It’s essential for them to be seen by a doctor
• Due to a medical condition, they are completely unable to get to the surgery

Lack of transport doesn’t count as a reason for not being able to get here.
